Remember back when you were learning English for the first time, and your teacher told you that we use the Present Simple to express frequency?

Well, she (or he) wasn’t lying, but neither were they telling the whole story. That’s because when you were at the beginner level, you probably weren’t ready for the whole story. 

But now, you it’s time you took your speaking to another level. One thing we’re always talking about in conversation (see what I did there 😉 is our routines, habits, and behavior.
